How do I change my Outlook Live/Skydrive password? (For CCBC Employees)

To change your password for both Outlook Live and Skydrive, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into Account Services using your Outlook Live email address and current password.
  2. Under Account Information, click on Change next to the Password field to bring up the Change your password screen (see below).
  3. In the Old password field, enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm a New password for your account. Your password is case sensitive and must be at least six characters in length.
  5. To set your password to expire automatically every 72 days, check the box for Make my password expire every 72 days. You'll receive a reminder when it's time to change your password.
  6. Click Save to save the password change.
  7. If you have any problems, contact Help Desk Support.
